Tencent Cloud has signed a partnership agreement with TrueWatch, a Singapore-based provider that offers a unified monitoring platform.
The agreement was formalised at the Tencent Cloud Day event in Indonesia recently and is designed to allow TrueWatch to launch its observability platform on Tencent Cloud’s Indonesia Availability Zone. It aims to improve monitoring capabilities, reduce operational inefficiencies, and enhance security and compliance for Indonesian businesses using the combined service.
Managing multi-cloud environments can be subject to problems like inconsistency and fragmented data. By combining monitoring tools into a single interface, TrueWatch’s platform claims to offer greater visibility and cost transparency.
The alliance with Tencent will deliver Indonesia’s first multi-cloud SaaS observability platform, providing businesses with monitoring, analytics, and observability tools.
Benefits for businesses
The partnership has the potential to deliver several advantages to businesses:
- Improved performance and reliability – TrueWatch will offer a 99.99% uptime service-level agreement (SLA).
- Faster deployment and operational efficiency – Tencent Cloud’s infrastructure has the TrueView deployment time by 50%, so businesses can establish observability solutions more quickly.
- Enhanced security and compliance – Hosting the platform on Tencent Cloud’s infrastructure helps ensure compliance with data protection regulations in Indonesia, Singapore, Europe, and North America.
